SUPERfantastico uses Paypal in order to accept credit card payments through secure means. Paypal accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express cards.

Holiday Shipping

We want to get your order to you in time for The Holidays. Please see our 2007 shipping scheduling below. Orders placed after these times might arrive in time for The Holidays but are no longer guaranteed by Canada Post.

• Europe: Dec 1
• USA: Dec 8
• within Canada: Approx. Dec 11-14 (varies by location).

Shipping

All shipping rates are based on country of destination and weight. Shipping totals are automatically calculated at checkout. All orders are shipped via Canada Post Airmail.

Please note that many of our products are made-to-order by real people. This means that it may take us anywhere from 2 business days to upwards of a week to personalise and process your order. Of course, if there is to be any undue delay we will advise you on the status of your order before it is shipped.

Gifts

If you are purchasing a product as a gift to be mailed directly to the recipient, please indicate so in the comments box upon checkout. We'll leave out the purchase receipt when we package it up!

Returns

We are careful to inspect the quality of each item before shipping and take care that products are well packaged to prevent damage during the shipping process.

Returns will be granted on some products if a request is made within two weeks of receipt of the item and if the item is returned in the condition is was sent; having never been used, worn or washed. Please contact us for more details prior to sending back a return. Shipping charges will not be reimbursed. Products that can not be returned include (but are not limited to): custom orders, handmade items such as bags, scarves, and underwear.

Exchanges

Exchanges will also be granted on some products if a request is made within two weeks of receipt of the item and if the item is returned in the condition is was sent; having never been used, worn or washed.
